You may cancel a paid subscription before the next billing period. Access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Distance contracts generally include a 14-day withdrawal right subject to statutory exceptions. Special rules apply when a digital service starts immediately with the user's express consent.
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or a paid function was materially unavailable because of our error, we will review the case and provide a refund or credit where appropriate.
