1. Provider

2. Purpose of the service

LOSTIGO allows users to capture an item, obtain AI-assisted visible-condition summaries, share a record, collect recipient confirmation or comments and, where available, compare BEFORE / AFTER condition records.

3. Evidentiary value and AI limitations

Timestamps, media, AI summaries and recipient confirmations may help document a handover, but we do not guarantee that a record will be accepted as decisive evidence in any court, insurance or other proceeding. AI can miss, misclassify or inaccurately describe visible damage.

4. User obligations

• use the service lawfully and in good faith;
• upload only content you are entitled to process;
• do not use LOSTIGO for fraud, deception or falsification of condition;
• review AI output before sharing or confirming it;
• respect third-party privacy and avoid unnecessary sensitive data;
• keep account and payment information current.

5. User content

Ownership of uploaded content remains with you or the lawful rights holder. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, display and technically transmit that content only as needed to provide LOSTIGO functionality.

6. Plans, payments and retention

Features, volume limits, storage periods and prices are listed on the pricing page or in an individual offer. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled where clearly disclosed at checkout.

7. Availability and changes

LOSTIGO is evolving. We may change features, limits, AI models or infrastructure providers. We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or decisions made solely on AI output. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law

Slovenian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country. We will first try to resolve disputes amicably.
