2. Service purpose

LOSTIGO lets users capture an item, obtain AI-assisted condition summaries, share a record, collect recipient confirmation or comments and compare BEFORE / AFTER records where available.

3. Evidence and AI limitations

Records may help document a handover, but we do not guarantee decisive evidentiary value. AI can miss or inaccurately describe damage.

4. User obligations

use the service lawfully;
upload only content you are entitled to use;
review AI output before confirmation;
respect third-party privacy;
do not use LOSTIGO for fraud or falsification.

5. Payments and retention

Features, limits, prices and retention periods are listed on the pricing page or in a custom offer.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or decisions made solely from AI output. Mandatory legal liability remains unaffected.

This page provides the working legal framework for LOSTIGO. Mandatory consumer and data-protection law always prevails where applicable.
